為改善台北車站迷路問題，本局推出【台鐵EZ GO】室內導航系統。透過手機App與地板上的定位辨識貼紙，在車站內等同有許多虛擬站務服務人員，隨時引導出入車站或轉乘搭車，使旅客不用再受迷路之苦。未來台鐵局除持續精進系統服務品質，如增加服務項目、改善UI外，亦將擴大系統服務範圍，納入機場捷運、台北捷運及地下街等區域，結合商場資訊，並普及至各三鐵共構車站，使台鐵各車站轉變為智慧型車站，提供民眾行的便利。
附註1：本服務即日起試辦半年，期間持續更新，半年後檢討成效再研議是否續辦附註2：本程式須於台北車站結合地面定位辨識貼紙才能使用
